When we cut natural stone into specific patterns and sizes, the pieces left behind don't necessarily become waste. Depending on their size and shape, they may have another purpose, including becoming part of a different pattern.

Making the Most of Every Piece
Natural stone comes to us in larger pieces, and manufacturing means shaping that material for different products and patterns. That takes planning, precision, and a little creativity. A piece that's too small or the wrong shape for one pattern may be just right for another. Finding those opportunities helps us make better use of the natural material and it's one more example of the problem-solving that happens on our production floor every day.
It's a small detail in the manufacturing process, but sometimes the smallest pieces have another story to tell.
