The easiest way to make the right stone decision is also the easiest way to make most decisions, which is to be as educated as possible. We have developed resources including specification guides, inspiration guides, and explanatory videos, as well as cumulating a database of pictures that have the answers to your questions about everything from sizing to color ranges, including finishes for certain materials and how to order them. Whether you are learning about natural stone for the first time or want to see a specific color in a specific application, we have the resources available to support you. 

2. Samples and Displays 

Seeing the material in person is a crucial part of the process, and can make or break a project. That is why we ship stone veneer samples for free across the United States and Canada. There is no shortcut to seeing the stone in person; all of the resources discussed above are meant to help narrow down the hundreds of material options to two or three. Once there are only a few options left, we will work with you on receiving samples and approving the material. Our Authorized Dealer network is an extension of our customer experience, and in most cases works very closely with our internal team to ensure client satisfaction. Connecting you with an Authorized Dealer in your area brings in another trusted industry professional to help support you. Along with natural stone knowledge, our Authorized Dealers can often make a larger impact on a project by being able to supply a range of complementary materials. Authorized Dealers also have a local presence wherever you are, and can provide support by visiting job sites, retrieving samples, and arranging freight.
