5 Benefits of Working with an Authorized Dealer (Updated)

One of the most common calls to our office is about where to purchase our stone collections--and we love learning more about projects-in-progress and referring people to our Authorized Dealers. Five years ago, we shared this blog post explaining why we sell through a network of Authorized Dealers, rather than selling directly to customers. Our business (and industry) has changed and grown in the last five years, but we are proud that the way we prioritize people and value relationships has remained the same. Here is an update from our original post, on the benefits of working with Authorized Dealers.

Relationships: In everything we do, our top priority is people and relationships: within our team, our customers, and in our network of Authorized Dealers. We communicate and coordinate with our dealers regularly, and get to know each other's brands. When we refer you to one of them, we are confident in the level of customer service, product knowledge, and care they provide you when purchasing one of our products.

Experience: Our Authorized Dealers and their teams are experienced in the natural stone and the home improvement industry. Their expertise, combined with ours, creates a consistent, reliable experience from product selection through purchase and shipment. 

Location: Our manufacturing facility (and most of our team) is located in Brookfield, Connecticut, and we ship our products across the country. When you purchase through an Authorized Dealer near you, we can still help with product selection and support, while you also have the benefit of a local contact. This is especially helpful when you want to look at products in person, or when you need referrals to other local resources you can trust for your project.

Service: We coordinate shipping directly with our dealers, whether we deliver to them or they pick up at our facility. No matter what size the order is, this means you have options for onsite delivery that will help with time management, efficiency, and cost savings.

Additional Products: We manufacture and distribute natural stone products, but we know you will need other materials as well. You can use our Authorized Dealers as a one-stop resource for a variety of other products and project needs. We hope you will come to value your relationships with them as much as we do!
