How It's Made: The Thinstone Veneer Production Process (Video)

This video highlights the six main steps of the Thinstone Veneer production process.

No two natural stone projects are the same, and the unique look created by the raw materials and application is one of the best attributes. One thing all finished natural stone veneer projects have in common, though, is they start with the same production process. This video walks through the six major steps to creating natural stone veneer, from the quarry to our manufacturing facility in Brookfield, Connecticut. Once the stone is sorted onsite here, it is left in the expert hands of our production team to transform the slabs into thinstone veneer. This video details how the stone slabs are broken down, shaped into one of five patterns, palletized, and prepared for transport to one of our Authorized Dealers or a jobsite. We always look forward to seeing how our products combine with the craftsmanship of masons and contractors to become incredible finished spaces, including fireplaces, accent walls, outdoor living spaces, and more!
