It started with an Instagram post but we were fortunate enough to receive before and after pictures of this brick fireplace getting a stone veneer makeover. Our CT Blend Ledgestone was selected to help brighten up the room in what some call a "rustic-modern" design.

Our natural stone steps and flagging continue to increase in popularity but this Long Island patio took our thinstone veneer and used it in a simple and unique way: risers.

We recently received pictures from Leslie Gustafson & Co., an Interior Design Firm in New York, of a veneer stone fireplace project. A common misconception when working with real stone veneer is that people use it for exterior applications only. While stone veneer is an excellent product for external use it is also very common for interior fireplaces, walls, and other decorative applications.
